Hotel Centre Plaza becomes first hotel in west Nepal to receive ISO 9001:2015 certificate

Hotel Centre Plaza in Kohalpur of Banke becomes the first hotel in western Nepal to receive the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

With the new feather in its cap, the hotel has received this recognition within a short period of time.

This five-star hotel covers an area of 22 kattha and was constructed at a cost of Rs 550 million.

Locals have benefitted the most from the recognition as the hotel has been providing job opportunities to 80 per cent locals including 60 per cent women.

According to Executive Director of the Hotel, Dev Aryal, the hotel has been providing quality service while developing and motivating the local resources.

“Quality food, prompt service is the main reason behind the recognition,” he claimed.
